RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing day-to-day acquisition and periodical operations and working with librarians and the university community to provide excellent service. This full-time position involves responsibility for departmental scheduling, supervision of at least four student assistants, record-keeping, maintaining and updating relevant computerized files and statistics, and interacting with library users and university offices.
QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Customer service, supervisory, and strong technical skills are highly desired. Excellent attention to detail, experience working in an educational environment, ability to communicate well in written and spoken English, and organizational skills are also desired.
