A few openings remain for the March 14-22 tour of Spain offered by East Central University's Study Abroad Program. The tour will be conducted while ECU and other schools are closed for spring break.

Tour participants can earn three hours of academic credit in Spanish culture or language while experiencing Spain's culture and history and immersion in the Spanish language.

Dr. Mara Sukholutskaya, associate professor of English and languages, and other ECU Spanish language faculty members will lead the tour.

Participants will arrive in Madrid on March 14. They will tour the city on March 15 and travel to Caceres. Spanish classes will be held on five mornings. Afternoons will be free time for the participants and evenings will be filled with visits to museums and historic sites in several cities. Trips are scheduled to Merida, Malpartida, Guadalupe and Trujillo.

Transportation, lodging, most meals and all tours are included in the cost. ECU tuition and fees will be additional.

For more information, contact Sukholutskaya at 580-559-5293 or by email atmsukholu@ecok.edu.
