National Survey of Student Engagement Dashboard
At East Central University, faculty, staff, and administrators are interested in what research tells us about how student engagement impact students’ college experience. The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) collects information annually from students at four year colleges and universities to inquire about the nature and quality of their undergraduate experience. NSSE is used to measure student engagement educational practices that are empirically linked to outcomes such as persistence, satisfaction, and graduation. The NSSE data are used by faculty, administrators, institutional researchers, and others to assist in ECU’s assessment, accountability, and institutional improvement efforts.
