Caps/Gowns & Other Graduation Gear
Candidates for graduation may purchase items from the ECU bookstore throughout the year. Graduation merchandise may be picked up in person from the bookstore. Alternatively, candidates may contact the bookstore and arrange to have their items shipped to them for a fee. In addition to regalia, announcements, class rings and diploma frames are among the items that may be purchased.
Regular bookstore hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. On the day of commencement the bookstore will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. You may contact the bookstore at (580) 559-5511 or bookstore@ecok.edu.
Please note that purchasing regalia does not qualify a student to graduate or participate in commencement. All candidates for graduation are required to complete a graduation application by the date announced each semester via email. Candidates have a responsibility to plan ahead and ask questions if they are unsure about policies and procedures relating to commencement and graduation.
