ANNUAL COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING DINNER SET FOR MONDAY
The Annual Community Thanksgiving dinner will be served free from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday [NOV. 23] at the Pontotoc County Agri-Plex at the fairgrounds on North Broadway.
The dinner is organized annually by members of the Human Resources Club at East Central University. They, along with numerous volunteers throughout the community, plan the dinner, raise the funds for the food and set up and serve the dinner.
Turkey, ham, vegetables, hot rolls and desserts are served annually to more than 3,000 people.
