Geospatial Information System Certificate
ECU's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certificate is a flexible, four-semester undergraduate program designed for students from any major who want to develop valuable geospatial technology skills. Available online or in person, the program provides hands-on experience with industry-standard GIS software, data collection tools, and spatial analysis techniques. Students build a professional digital portfolio while preparing for careers in fields such as environmental science, urban planning, emergency management, utilities, business, political science, and geospatial analysis.
