Teacher Certification
A bachelor of science for teacher certification gives a prospective science teacher an appropriate academic background in Biology and Physical Sciences and in the methods of teaching. Students are trained with the requirements of the Bachelors of Biology but also complete the minor in education allowing for practicum and student teaching to prepare them for teaching in STEM.
