• The official East Central University website is located at www.ecok.edu.
• Offices and departments requesting updates to their webpages should submit changes by emailing webmaster@ecok.edu.
• The ECU website serves as the University's primary marketing, recruitment, and information resource. As such, all content and requested changes are subject to review and approval by the Office of Communications & Marketing to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and compliance with University brand standards.
• University websites must reside within the ecok.edu domain or receive prior approval from the Office of Communications & Marketing.
• Websites hosted outside the ecok.edu domain or created without approval from the Office of Communications & Marketing are not permitted. ECU cannot ensure the security, accessibility, accuracy, or brand compliance of external websites.

Website Calendar

• The ECU Calendar of Events is often the first place students, employees, and community members visit to learn about activities taking place on campus.
• Faculty, staff, and student organizations are encouraged to submit event information as early as possible to maximize visibility and allow adequate time for promotion.
• All calendar submissions are subject to review and approval by the Office of Communications & Marketing.
• Please follow the Website Calendar Policy when scheduling your event.
