Haley P. Gibson, Ed.D., holds a doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, a master's degree in Post-Secondary Education, and a bachelor's degree in English from Troy University. Since 2010, Dr. Gibson has taught English, ESL, and ESL pedagogy courses in multiple university settings. Currently, she serves ECU as the Chief of Staff / Board Liaison and the Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
