Marla Lobley

Marla Lobley is the Public Services Librarian at East Central University in Ada, OK where she oversees the Circulation and Outreach Departments. Her interests include usability and user experience, Open Educational Resources (OER) and leadership development. She is active in the Oklahoma Library Association (OLA) and the Council for Online Learning Excellence (COLE). She was a 2019 participant in the OLA Gold Leadership Institute and the 2021 recipient of the Individual Leadership Oklahoma Online Excellence Award. She has a bachelor's in Family Studies and a master's in Library Science from the University of North Texas.
