Student Housing Upgrades
Student Living Enhancements | $6,255,000
ECU is focusing on high-impact improvements to our residence halls that modernize both the infrastructure and common areas. These targeted updates will prioritize replacing outdated plumbing and heating systems, as well as modernizing shared spaces like lounges, study areas, and kitchens.
By upgrading these areas with more energy-efficient appliances, improved lighting, and modern furniture, ECU aims to create a more comfortable and productive living environment for students.
"The biggest housing challenge is often the one we don't see coming - having the necessary funds to respond quickly to unexpected infrastructure failures is critical to maintaining quality student housing."
