ECU Showtime Presents Tom and Huck the Musical

Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, and other beloved Mark Twain characters come to life in this all-American adventure. When Tom and Huck are wrongly accused of stealing Becky Thatcher's gold necklace, they flee to the swamp. The real thief, Herman Cornwallis, is thrilled, giving him more time to pursue Becky. In the swamp, the boys meet Mary Meechum, who is believed to be a witch. Together, they overhear the shady Slade sisters plotting to scam the town and witness a murder. Tom, Huck, and Mary work together to save the town and clear their names. With humor, engaging roles, and simple sets, this play showcases classic Americana.
