Jacobi Nichols Whatley to deliver Law Day keynote lecture. The title of the presentation is “A Conversation with Jacobi Nichols Whatley.”
Law Day is March 11. The keynote lecture will begin at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at 12:15. At 12:45 there will be a panel discussion with ECU graduates about their experiences in the legal profession. All events will be held in Foundation Hall in the Chickasaw Business and Conference Center.
Whatley is a 2009 Political Science graduate of ECU where she also won the George Nigh Award. She attended law school at University of Oklahoma and has spent her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Cleveland, Carter, and now McClain County. Whatley was named Region 4 Prosecutor of the Year by the Association of Oklahoma Narcotics Enforcers for 2023-2024.
