Employees are invited for finger foods at 5 p.m. to catch up with collegues before the event recognizing contributions, retirements and accomplishments including: Years of Service, Faculty Tenure/Promotion, Charlee Lanis Staff Award, Grant Recipient Recognition, Teaching Excellence, and Physical Plant Employee of the Year.

Dr. Christine Pappas will give a public talk on the death penalty in the state entitled "Oklahoma's Legacy of Tinkering with the Machinery of Death," prior to the ECU SCREENS presentation of "Hangmen."
Chickasaw Nation Gov. Bill Anoatubby and ECU President John R. Hargrave will speak. The ECU and Ada High School Bands will perform.
The Chickasaw Plaza will serve as the primary gate for entrance into the football stadium as well hold the new concession stand, team store and restroom facilities.
The drug Prayer walk begins at the Pontotoc County Courthouse and end at ECU's Centennial Plaza. A prevention and recovery rally will take place at 11:30 a.m. in the Kerr Activities Center with food, fun and facts at noon, followed by a grand prize drawing at 1:30 p.m. to conclude the events.
At the Oak Hills Golf and Country Club in Ada.
Lunch will begin prior to the golf tournament at 11:30 a.m. with the first tee time set for 1 p.m.
