Early Settlement Mediation

Dispute mediation for the East Central, South Central and South East regions of Oklahoma

Early Settlement is a program sponsored by the Oklahoma Administrative Office of the Court in conjunction with a grant from the Oklahoma Supreme Court.  The East Central Program office is located on East Central University’s Campus, while the South-Central Office and South East Offices are located off campus but still work in conjunction with East Central University. Mediation is a voluntary process whereby two or more disputants arrive at a mutually acceptable solution with the help of a neutral party.
