The Tutoring Zone

  • Available to all ECU undergraduate students
  • Tutoring in math and science courses (see subjects and schedule below)
  • Tutors can also help with study skills
  • The hours for tutoring are posted below and outside the door
  • No appointment is necessary
  • Bringing your textbook and/or lecture notes to the tutoring session is helpful
  • Computers are also available in the Tutoring Zone.

Supplemental Instruction

Supplemental Instruction sessions are led by peer leaders who have successfully completed the course and attend lectures to guide collaborative review. Using active learning techniques, SI Leaders help students strengthen their understanding, prepare for exams, and engage more deeply with course material.
