One lucky individual will own a guitar autographed by Ada’s own Blake Shelton and wife Miranda Lambert. Another will grab a friend and rub elbows with the biggest country stars at the 48th Annual Country Music Awards and After-Party.

Maybe country music is not your thing? What about NFL autography memorabilia by Dick Butkus or maybe you and friend want to catch a game live at FirstEnergy Stadium field as the Cleveland Browns play hard – Did we mention you’d be personal guest of ECU Alum, Armonty Bryant.

These not-so-ordinary experiences represent just a few of more than a dozen amazing prizes to be offered in the live auction at the East Central University Tiger Kick-Off.

Tickets are on sale now for the dinner and auction on Aug. 19 at 6 p.m. in ECU Foundation Hall in the Chickasaw Business & Conference Center on the ECU campus.  The cost is $50 per person or $500 per table sponsor (8 per table).  A table sponsorship includes eight seats for the dinner, recognition on the table, in the program and on the digital kiosks in the banquet hall.

The fundraiser is designed to help provide a better student-athlete experience for the ECU Football Program.

“We are always looking for ways to help the growth of our program,” said head coach Tim McCarty.  “Ultimately the growth of a program takes hard work and support from the university, alumni and community to accomplish our goals.  This fundraiser gives us a chance to reach our goals and get to know more about our alumni and supporters in an entertaining setting.”

“Ultimately support is everything,” McCarty added.  “I know that support is earned and we have worked hard to make this program better every season.”

Reservations can be made through Aug. 5 by calling Catie Caton 580-559-5611 or by email at catncat@ecok.edu.
