Dr. Nathan Mellor, CEO of C3 Brands (Mosaic Personnel and Strata Leadership) and president of Strata Leadership, LLC in Oklahoma City, will deliver East Central University’s 27th Annual Parker Ethics Lecture on Tuesday, April 4, at 2 p.m. in ECU Foundation Hall of the Chickasaw Business and Conference Center.
The public is invited to the lecture free of charge.
Mellor has developed leadership programs, including Peace Through Business Rwanda and Four Star Debate with General Tommy Franks, which were highlighted on CNN Inside Africa, FOX News, and FOX Radio. He is also the co-founder of the Presidential Leadership Institute hosted on the campus of York College and in collaboration with the Eisenhower Presidential Museum and Library.
Mellor holds a doctor of education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. He has consulted, trained, and lectured throughout the United States and abroad, a sampling of recent clients include: AAR Corporation, American Airlines, ArcBest Corporation, CoorsTek, Direct Energy, Kansas Aviation, Kimray Inc., Locke Supply and SandRidge Energy. The Oscar L. Parker Center for the Advancement of Ethical Standards in Business and Society was established in late 1988 as a fitting and lasting memorial to Oscar L. Parker, a highly respected educator, businessman, college administrator, and civic leader of Ada, and an active supporter and long-time employee of ECU. The mission of the center is to be an accessible resource on ethics for business and society, promote ethics education and ethical behavior, and foster discussion on ethics and ethical issues. Its vision is a world where sound ethical principles guide the decisions and actions of people in business, government and society.
The Harland C. Stonecipher School of Business at ECU has over 500 students majoring in accounting and business administration.
