Two new scholarships will be presented Wednesday [APRIL 14] at the annual luncheon honoring outstanding students in the Department of Education, the Jack Paschall Scholarship and the Horace Mann Memorial Centennial Scholarship.
The luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Wagner Ballroom in the Memorial Student Union and is open to the public. To make reservations, call Freda Low at 559-5348.
Two of ECU's Keefer Educators Hall of Fame honorees, Dr. Donnie Nero and Dr. Jim Scales, and their wives, will attend the luncheon. They and Dr. Joe Parsons will be inducted at 2:30 p.m. in Danley Hall.
The Horace Mann Scholarship was established by the alumni and friends of the former Horace Mann School at ECU.
