East Central University honored Bill G. Lance (center) as a 2014 Distinguished Alumnus during the ECU Foundation’s Evening of Honors and Recognition in May. Lance, of Sulphur, is the secretary of commerce for the Chickasaw Nation and is responsible for the management of all commercial business enterprises of the Chickasaw Nation.
