East Central University honored Becky Gallup Payton (center) as a 2014 Distinguished Alumna at the ECU Foundation’s Evening of Honors and Recognition in May. Ms. Gallup Payton is regional vice president of human resources for Mercy Health Systems in Oklahoma and a 1976 graduate of ECU. Also pictured are ECU President John R.
