ADA – Select Native American baskets and totem poles from the Northwestern United States, as part of the Sally and Marshall Gettys Collection, will be on display in East Central University’s Pogue Art Gallery in the Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center from Oct. 24-Nov.26.
The exhibit, sponsored by the Office of the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and the Native American Studies Program, can be viewed each weekday during that span from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Marshall Gettys, of Norman, will give a gallery talk on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 4 p.m. in the Pogue Art Gallery. The talk will be followed by a reception. The gallery talk and reception are free and open to the public.
