Kendall Dobbs (right), a 2011 graduate of Sallisaw High School, presents the Vision Bank Presidential Leadership Program scholarship to Sallisaw senior Katie Brooks. The scholarship will provide Brooks with tuition and room waivers for four years at East Central University in Ada, beginning next fall. She will be part of the President’s Leadership Class – III, an elite group of 20 freshman leaders from across Oklahoma. Dobbs just completed her freshman year at ECU.
