Members of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Ada display their $1,200 donation in support of the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library for children of Pontotoc County. Through the efforts of local groups such as Sunrise Rotary, Smart Start South Central is able to continue the valuable literacy program that sends an age-appropriate book each month to children up to 5 years old. Presenting the donation are Sunrise Rotary board members Nancy Thomason (front row, from left) Harrel Harbin, Cathy Battles, Suzanne McFarlane, Cindy Byrd, Mary Pfeffer, Jack Womble and (back row) Ann Barton, Dwight O'Dell and Angus McFarlane.
