ADA - The East Central University football team will be participating in its first post-season competition since the 1993 season and you can make sure you are there for all the festivities, Saturday, Dec. 6, in Copperas Cove, Texas.
The Tigers (6-4) will take on Texas A&M Commerce (8-3) at 6 p.m.in the 2014 C.H.A.M.P.S. Heart of Texas Bowl in Bulldawg Stadium, with an Alumni Tailgate starting at 3 p.m. that includes a barbeque meal. Cost of the tailgate is $10 at the stadium.
The ECU Athletic Department will be selling advanced individual tickets at home basketball games through Dec. 4 at the Kerr Activities Center. Cost is $15 for a reserved seat and $10 for general admission. To purchase tickets come to the ECU Athletic office with cash only.
Students can also purchase a package for the game that includes transportation to and from the game on Dec. 6, a tailgating meal, souvenir t-shirt, ECU pompom, hand clappers, tiger claw and a ticket to the game.
The cost for the student package is $30 per person. Students will need to pick up a form at the Office of Campus Involvement and then can pay for the package deal at the Bursars Office. For more information contact Tenecia Miller at 580-559-5207 or at tenamil@ecok.edu.

Busses will leave Koi Ishto Stadium at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 6, and return to Ada after the game. Deadline for purchasing packages is Thursday, Dec. 4, at noon. Those attending the tailgate are encouraged to bring their own tailgating chairs.
