Tiger Connection, a preview day for all senior high school and transfer students at East Central University, is set for Thursday, Nov. 19, in the Chickasaw Business and Conference Center.
The event is designed for prospective students to check out what ECU has to offer and enables participants to view what being an ECU student is like, from attending a class to eating in the cafeteria and talking with current ECU students. A free t-shirt will be given to each prospective student.
Participants will not only get the opportunity to choose classes to visit, but they also have the opportunity to submit a scholarship application or to turn in any final documents required for admission.
Check-in will be from 9 a.m.-9:30 a.m. There will be a brief welcome session from 9:30-9:50 a.m. and the first session will follow at 10 a.m.
Prospective students can also schedule a tour of ECU outside of Tiger Connection. The tour will highlight more campus activities, exploring residence halls, and learning about scholarship opportunities.
