Welcome to the East Central University Events page for all of your event management needs! Whether you are faculty, staff or a member of our community, our events management team is dedicated to helping you plan and execute a memorable event.
Our reservation process begins with filling out this ECU Event Space Request form. Once this form has been completed, the appropriate contact on our team will reach out to you to confirm the requested date and be available to answer all of your reservation questions! This includes; checking on date availability, confirming appropriate location for your event, and any billing questions you may have.
Part of our dedication to you is to provide customized set-tup for all of our event spaces. This includes tables, chairs, trashcans, etc. Depending on the area you have requested we could also provide basic décor options and audio/visual components.
