Basic Info

• The Clinic will be located in Room 137A of the Memorial Student Union, between the bookstore and cafeteria
• Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to noon on Friday
• Students with valid University ID may establish care upon their initial visit with Kyndel in the office
• After-hours care and access to telehealth services are available after the student officially establishes care with Kyndel
• First 250 students to establish care will receive a complimentary T-shirt

• Complete confidentiality (HIPAA)
• No insurance necessary
• No out-of-pocket cost for visit (see below)
• Sliding-Scale Fee Schedule available for external Clinic visits (income-based)
• Free prescription delivery (if using The Pharmacy)
• Prescription transfers
• Referrals to other Clinic offices (e.g., Behavioral Health, Kids Clinic, Women’s Clinic)

• Wellness exams/annual physicals
• Vaccinations (including flu shots)
• Women’s health (pregnancy tests, pap smear, birth control)
• Sexual health prevention/awareness (STD’s)
